One recommendation from Michael Olaf (big time Montessori resource) is an infant coordination bar with mirror. You can buy one from them for a decent amount of money but I wanted to try to make one myself. I got a glass company to cut a piece of mirror plexiglass for me that I attached to the wall. I then got a pair of hand rail brackets and attached a nice oak dowel to them. It worked great and ended up being a about half the price with twice the satisfaction of a job well done. Lily seems to really like it, though she gets really frustrated sometimes trying to pull herself up.
